Warner Home Video have announced that Batman: Assault On Arkham — a new animated movie inspired by the video games Batman: Arkahm Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Origins, and the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight — will be released on DVD, as a DVD/Blu-ray combo pack, and digitally on August 12th.

Now Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate: Deluxe Edition brings the game to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, WiiU, and PC, and with it, many of the same problems that plagued the original versions.

In a last ditch effort to get someone, anyone excited about Batman: Arkham Origins, the good people at Warner Brothers Interactive held a press day at their L.A. offices to show off a part of the game they hadn’t previously revealed at E3. Or at Comic-Con. Or at Gamescom. Or at any other point since they announced the game this past April.
DC Comics have announced that they will have two exclusive toys available for sale at this year’s New York Comic-Con.
The toys are strictly limited editions and will only be available at DC’s booth.
