Gentle Giant have announced that the next release in their ongoing series of jumbo-sized Kenner Star Wars action figures will be…Luke Skywalker.
Luke Skywalker on Bespin, to be exact.
The 12-inch tall figure will, like others in the series, be digitally scanned from an original version of the Kenner action figure that came out in time for 1980’s Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
It will feature the same articulation as the original, as well as both Luke’s blaster and a yellow lightsaber.
The figure will also come in a recreated version of the original packaging, albeit with a resealable plastic housing so you can play with it after you’ve finished your homework.
The Luke Skywalker Bespin figure will retail for $80.00 when it comes out at the end of this year.
