Adult Swim and Warner Home Video have announced that Robot Chicken Season 6 will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 8.
The collection will include all 20 episodes, which featured such guest voices as Elizabeth Banks, Sarah Chalke, Kat Dennings, Sam Elliott, Ben Foster, Whoopi Goldberg, Gillian Jacobs, Zachary Levi, J.B. Smoove, Liev Schreiber, Jon Stewart, Patrick Stewart, Stanley Tucci, Olivia Wilde, and Alex Winter.
In addition, both versions will also include commentaries by the cast and crew (and sometimes a special guest) on every episode, a making-of featurette, outtakes, deleted animatics,channel flips, Chicken Nuggets (which are video commentaries on different sketches), something called “Post-Apocalyptic Future Of Holidays,” and a slew of featurettes called “They Came To Play,” “Our First Ladies,” “Kirkman On Kirkman” (by which they mean Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman), “The Inside Joke,” “Who The Fuck is Zeb” (about writer and voice actor Zeb Wells), “My First Time,” “The Dirt On Seth And Matt” (a reference to co-creators and voice actors Seth Green and Matthew Senreich), “The Wilson Identity: From People To Puppets,” and “The Benefits Of Robot Chicken,” the latter of which, we assume, is about the health benefits you get from watch this show.
Amazon is currently accepting pre-orders for Robot Chicken Season 6, with the DVD listed for $24.99 and the Blu-ray for $31.99.
