Shout! Factory have announced that they will release Pee-wee’s Playhouse: The Complete Series Blu-ray — as well as DVDs of Pee-wee’s Playhouse: Season One and Pee-wee’s Playhouse: Season Two — on October 21st.
Digitally remastered from the original film elements, Pee-wee’s Playhouse: The Complete Series Blu-ray will contain all forty-five episodes, as well as the Pee-wee’s Playhouse Christmas Special and other extras to be detailed later.
Pee-wee’s Playhouse: The Complete Series Blu-ray is currently available for pre-ordering from Amazon for $129.99, but the Pee-wee’s Playhouse: Season One and Pee-wee’s Playhouse: Season Two DVDs are not yet listed.
