Fox Home Video have announced that The Simpsons: The Sixteenth Season will be released December 3 on DVD, Blu-ray, and in a limited edition version of the DVD that comes in a package shaped like Professor Frink’s head.
Along with the twenty-one episodes, The Simpsons: The Sixteenth Season will also include commentaries, deleted scenes, a welcoming message from creator Matt Groening, a look at how The Simpsons sounds in other countries, sketch galleries, a look at the animation, and a bonus episode: “Holidays Of Future Passed,” which was the holiday episode from season 23.
The Simpsons: The Sixteenth Season is currently available for pre-ordering from Amazon, with the DVD listed for $44.99, the Blu-ray for $49.99, and the Frink’s head edition for $42.48.
