Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have announced that Woody Allen’s most recent movie, Blue Jasmine, will be released on DVD, Blu-ray, and through digital download on January 21st.
Written and directed by Allen, Blue Jasmine stars Cate Blanchett as Jasmine French, “a former New York socialite, after her life falls to pieces. Following her fall from grace, Jasmine flees the Manhattan high life for San Francisco, where she tries to pull herself back together again, while teetering between a troubled past and a fresh start.”
The movie also stars Alec Baldwin, Sally Hawkins, Louis C.K., Bobby Cannavale, Andrew Dice Clay, Peter Sarsgaard, and Michael Stuhlbarg.
Along with the film, both the DVD and Blu-ray will include “Blue Jasmine Cast Press Conference” with Blanchett, Clay, and Saarsgard, as well as “Notes From The Red Carpet,” in which the cast discuss making the movie and their characters.In addition, the Blu-ray will also include a digital copy.
Prices for the DVD and Blu-ray were not announced.
