At their annual New York Comic-Con party, Hasbro announced that they’ll release new Star Wars Black Series action figures next Spring, including both 3.75-inch and 6-inch tall toys.
Available for $9.99 each, the second series of 3.75-inch figures will include four figures from 1980’s Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, including Luke from when he was training with Yoda on Dagobah…
…Yoda from the same scene…
…which, of course, can be put together (though there was no indication if Yoda’s BabyBjorn comes with the Luke figure or the Yoda one…
…Torynn Farr, who was a commander in the rebel base on Hoth (don’t feel bad, I had to Google her, too)…
…and a Snowtrooper Commander, also from The Battle Of Hoth.
As for the 6-inch line of Star Wars Black Series action figures, Hasbro have announced one for Anakin Skywalker from 2005’s Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith.
Like the other figures in the 6-inch series, the Anakin will retail for $19.99.
Hasbro also announced that they will be releasing a series of 3.75-inch tall action figures based on characters from the upcoming cartoon Star Wars: Rebels. But while they didn’t announce what characters they’d be releasing figures of, or show them, they did, oddly, reveal an image of the box, which you can see below.
The Star Wars: Rebels figures, like the ’toon, will be out in 2014.
