Fox Home Video have announced that they will release The Simpsons: The Seventeenth Season on Blu-ray and DVD on December 2nd.
Along with the twenty-two episodes, The Simpsons: The Seventeenth Season will — as usual — include deleted scenes, commentaries, an animation showcase, a sketch gallery, and a welcome message from creator Matt Groening. It will also include the featurettes “The Great Ones,” “Live! It’s The Simpsons,” and “Animation Showcase,” as well as the bonus episode, “The Man Who Grew Too Much.”
In addition, the Blu-ray version of The Simpsons: The Seventeenth Season will add two additional bonus episodes: “Krusty Gets Busted” and “Cape Feare,” the latter of which is one of my all-time favorites.
