Well Go USA have announced that Dead Snow 2 Red Vs Dead — the sequel to the 2009 Nazi zombie horror movie Dead Snow — will be released on Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and DVD on December 9th.
Picking up where the original left off Dead Snow 2 Red Vs Dead — which, like the original, was written and directed by Tommy Wirkola (Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters) — has the lone survivor from the first movie waking up in a hospital, but with a super-power zombie arm where his regular limb should be. Which is why he wants to get revenge on Colonel Herzog, and is willing to raise his own army of Nazi zombies to do it.
Along with the film, the Dead Snow 2 Red Vs Dead Collector’s EditionBlu-ray and DVD feature a commentary by Wirkola, a featurette on the special effects, and a copy of the Dead Snow comic book.
In addition, the Collector’s Edition Blu-ray also included the international version of the film, as well as a short film called “ARMEN.”
